#168-12 RFP Waterproofing and Repairs to Dawson County Government Annex & Fire Station #2

PROPOSALS DUE: MARCH 15, 2012 at 3:00PM

The Dawson County Purchasing Department will accept sealed proposals from qualified vendors that specialize in applying Elastomeric Coatings and Joint Sealant or Covering for Dawson County Government Annex and Fire Station #2.  Proposals may be delivered to 25 Justice Way, Suite 2223, Dawsonville, GA  30534 until 3:00PM on March 15, 2012.  The outside of the shipping container/envelope must be marked with the appropriate bid number and title.  Immediately following the deadline the names of vendors submitting proposals will be recorded and read in the Administration Training Room at the above address.   Detailed bid documents are available at below.  

A pre-proposal site visit to conduct an inspection prior to submitting a bid will be held at 10:00AM on March 2, 2012.  This meeting is not mandatory.  We will meet in the front of the Dawson County Government Annex & Fire Station #2, Community Room, 145 Liberty Drive, Dawsonville, GA 30534.

Questions in reference to the above RFP should be in writing to the Dawson County Purchasing Director, Davida Simpson at dsimpson@dawsoncounty.org or faxed to 706-344-2728 until the deadline of 1:00PM on March 6, 2012.

The Dawson County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any technicalities or irregularities and to award based on the highest and best interests of Dawson County.
